Employees Drive Continuous Improvement at Dvoinoye

As a follow-up to Building a Continuous Improvement Culture, we spotlight Dvoinoye’s employee suggestion program “I suggest!”, which has resulted in a number of innovative, costs-saving initiatives.

Employees are encouraged to submit ideas for onsite improvements by completing a form, explaining the problem and describing a solution. Renat Yusupov (Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager), along with a small team, analyzes the suggestion and determines the best way to implement it. If the suggestion results in a positive effect or significant costs savings, Franz-Georg Ostrop (Vice-President and General Manager, Dvoinoye) awards the employee with a cash bonus.
