In July, we featured Alyssa Chin as a COVID-19 Champion for increasing office morale though her weekly ‘family baking’ session hosted on ‘Zoom’. Since then, Alyssa has continued hosting her baking sessions each week, gaining a large audience from her colleagues and their families.

As the holidays ramped up, Alyssa had the idea to turn her recipes into a cookbook for employees to purchase for themselves or as a holiday gift. All proceeds from the cookbooks were donated to a local charity – with over 100 cookbooks sold, Alyssa raised over $1,000!
