As part of our commitment to health and safety, Kinross Alaska recently hosted their Annual Refresher Training (ART) sessions for all 750 employees across our Fort Knox and Manh Choh operations. 

The ART sessions require all employees to step away from their daily tasks to focus their attention on mining safely, responsibly and with respect for each other and the environment. This annual event ensures employees have a refresher on the importance of environmental stewardship, safety protocols, miners' rights and hear key operational updates to ensure the workforce remains informed, empowered and prepared to work safely each day on the ground.
