Last month, Kinross Gold was excited to welcome our nine 2025 Living Our Values Awards (LOVA) winners and their guests to Toronto to celebrate their accomplishments during ‘LOVA Week’!

In addition to our nine 2025 winners, we also welcomed two of our 2024 winners and their guests who were unable to attend last year’s celebrations. LOVA Week is an opportunity for Kinross’ most outstanding employees from across our global operations to come together and celebrate their successes over five days of exciting events and activities.

The winners took in the sights, visiting some of Canada’s most notable tourist attractions including the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, and Niagara Falls. Attendees also participated in a series of group activities such as a cooking class, a food tour through St. Lawrence Market and exploring local culture through the historic Distillery District! The week concluded with its most exciting event – the annual LOVA reception – where winners are honoured for their accomplishments at a celebration attended by Kinross Gold’s Senior Leadership Team, site General Managers and Toronto office employees.

Paul Rollinson, CEO, and Kathleen Grandy, Senior Vice-President, Human Resources, led the awards ceremony where winners and attendees watched their LOVA videos for the first time and later joined Paul Rollinson on stage to accept their awards.

“The LOVA program celebrates employees who truly are ‘living our values’ and serve as an inspiration to others throughout our Company.
