We are excited to announce Kinross Nevada was recognized for seven awards by the Nevada Mining Association’s (NvMA) 2025 Individual and Operator Safety Awards.

Congratulations to our six employees who were recognized by the NvMA for demonstrating a dedication to maintaining and improving safety standards across our organization. This year, the NvMA received 259 nominations which were voted on by industry peers with 47 winners being selected amongst 12 categories.

In addition to the Individual Safety Awards, Kinross Round Mountain received second place in the Surface – Large (300+ employees) Operator Safety Awards which celebrate Nevada mining operations that exemplify a strong, sustained commitment to workplace safety.
