| A sunny morning at Round Mountain! Captured above, Judy Bowman, a Leach Pad Operator from Round Mountain, spends the morning inspecting the heap leach pads for any hazards to wildlife. As part of Judy’s role, she is responsible for being a ‘pad walker’ for the four large heap leach pads at Round Mountain. Judy inspects the pads and implements netting and various other deterrents to ensure the safety of wildlife. Judy is known for her tireless work ethic and positive attitude at Round where she has a genuine passion for mining responsibly and protecting the environment. |
