On November 21st, 2022, Kinross’ Great Bear project in Red Lake, Ontario, reached the milestone of 200,000 metres of drilling completed by the Company since Great Bear was acquired in February 2022!
To celebrate the accomplishment – that was achieved ahead of schedule – the Company hosted a celebration for employees and contractors with baked goods by Emily Gorner, Exploration Geologist, Red Lake. After enjoying treats, attendees visited some of the drill hole sites to acknowledge the exploration teams’ hard work to achieve this milestone and motivate the team for the year ahead.
