Kinross Toronto hosts virtual coffee chat for employees celebrating one year at the Company

In June, Kinross’ Toronto office hosted a virtual coffee chat for 14 employees who were celebrating one year of employment at the Company in an effort to connect employees who have had minimal in-person contact with colleagues since starting at the Company during the pandemic, and to give them a taste of the Kinross culture.

The chat was hosted by Maria Rodmell, Director Talent and Engagement; and led by Dominic Channer, Vice-President, Community Relations, Melissa Rossit, Director, Corporate Finance, Sura Alshear, Director, IT Security, and Kathleen Grandy, Vice-President, Global Human Resources., The leaders spoke about their background and experience at Kinross, which also included breakout room discussions for employees and leaders to learn more about eachother.
