As we continue to encourage our operations to develop best practices to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, the team in Chile is keeping an open dialogue with employees to find opportunities to improve their COVID-19 prevention methods. The team has developed surveys for employees and management hosts weekly meetings so ideas and concerns can be shared to improve health and safety.
