The award, published annually by The Globe and Mail, recognizes employers throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with exceptional employee programs and forward-thinking workplace policies that support the diverse needs of their employees.
This year, Kinross was recognized for its ‘Emerging Leaders’ program which aims to help new managers develop the skills and tools they need to lead successfully. The program, founded in 2021, has seen great success and interest since its inception and is one of several leadership development programs available for employees at Kinross.
