Kinross provides update on Great Bear and U.S. projects

Last week, Kinross provided an update on  our world-class Great Bear project in Red Lake, Ontario and the Manh Choh project in Alaska and the Curlew exploration project in Washington State.

As part of the update, Kinross’ management team hosted a presentation and question and answer session that featured speakers from our exploration, geology and capital projects teams who provided an in-depth analysis of our projects and exploration activities.  An interactive 3D model of the Great Bear project was also published, demonstrating its significant potential to support a large, long-life mining complex.

The audience included over 40 investors and analysts who had the opportunity to meet with Kinross representatives and see core samples.

“The update is a great opportunity to get into the details and give more insight into our exciting project pipeline with our technical experts,” said Paul Rollinson, President & CEO.
