See how Kinross celebrated International Women’s Day 2018

March 8th marked another International Women’s Day! See how the women across Kinross’ global operations celebrated this special day.

Gina Jardine, Senior Vice-President, Human Resources, sent a message of inspiration to women across the Company:

“This year’s theme is #PressforProgress, a strong call-to-action to press forward and progress gender parity. The theme provides encouragement to motivate and unite friends, colleagues and whole communities to think, act and be gender inclusive. Individually, we are only one drop but together we are an ocean! Let’s use progressive action and collaborate to achieve true gender parity. By working together, our action powers equality worldwide.”

International Women’s Day brings people together to celebrate the achievements of women all over the world. It also encourages conversation and reflection on what still needs to be accomplished to achieve gender parity.
