What are your plans after you’ve completed the Generation Gold program?
It’s great to see how the various skills I’ve cultivated over the past four years can be applied and yield positive new results at an operation with over 25 years of development like Paracatu.
As I approach the end of the Generation Gold program, I hope to continue working with Kinross and to help find and develop the next phase of future mines for the Company.

Update: Upon completing the program, Akira will become a full-time Kinross employee as an Exploration Geologist at Chirano for the next two years.
