It’s time! The 2018 LOVA nomination have officially opened!
This is LOVA’s 10th anniversary and over the next two months, you will have the opportunity to nominate your colleagues who represent Kinross and the Company’s values every day – either at work or in the community.

Colleagues can be nominated in one of the following four categories:
- Putting People First
- Outstanding Corporate Citizenship
- High Performance Culture
- Rigorous Financial Discipline
What can you do to help your nominee win? Make sure to have specific examples of how your nominee has made an impact at Kinross or in the community.
Some ideas to get your wheels turning: Has your nominee excelled at a project recently? Found efficiencies that saved the Company time and money? Do they constantly go above and beyond for their peers? Are they involved in the community?
Hard copy nomination forms are available on-site at your HR office.
The deadline to nominate a colleague is May 10, 2018.
