The nomination period for our 2022 Living Our Values Awards (LOVA) are now open!
Over the next 10 weeks, employees can nominate their colleagues for one of four categories:
- Putting People First;
- Outstanding Corporate Citizenship;
- High Performance Culture; and
- Rigorous Financial Discipline.

The LOVA program is an opportunity to recognize your colleagues who are making a difference in the workplace or in the community. We encourage nominators to provide specific examples of how their nominee is generating change to help them stand out amongst the thousands of applications received.
For example, do you know a colleague who is a strong champion for health and safety? Do they work and act responsibly with the highest ethical standards? Do they demonstrate a passion for doing a great job and going above and beyond their roles? Or have they found a new way to save the Company money or make work processes more efficient and cost-effective? If so, we want to hear more!
Employees are strongly encouraged to nominate a colleague online. If you are unable to do so, hard copies of nomination forms are available on-site at your local HR office.
The deadline for nominations is April 25, 2022.
