We are excited to announce nominations for the 2023 Living Our Values Awards (LOVA) are now open!
This year marks the 15th anniversary of the LOVA program, which continues to resonate with our employees, and generates thousands of nominations each year.
Over the next eight weeks, employees have the opportunity to nominate a colleague who demonstrates exceptional commitment to one of our core values either at work or in the community. Employees can be nominated in one of the following four categories:
- Putting People First;
- Outstanding Corporate Citizenship;
- High Performance Culture; and
- Rigorous Financial Discipline.

We encourage nominators to provide specific examples of how their nominee is generating change to help them stand out amongst applications received.
For example, do you know a colleague who is a strong champion for health and safety? Do they work and act responsibly with the highest ethical standards? Do they demonstrate a passion for doing a great job and going above and beyond their roles? Or have they found a new way to save the Company money or make work processes more efficient and cost-effective? If so, we want to hear more!
We encourage employees to nominate a colleague online, however if you are unable to do so, hard copies of nomination forms are available on-site at your local HR office.
The deadline for nominations is March 27, 2023
