Since 2010, the Kupol CI team has had two suggestion boxes for improvements on site. In January 2014, the team transitioned from a paper to digital format, implementing new software to receive and track CI suggestions on Risk Terminals. The new online platform is currently being promoted on TV screens on site, which also highlights current CI projects, teams, monthly results and best practices. Currently, the site is developing an application that will allow employees to submit their improvement suggestions using their mobile devices.
