What has been the most rewarding aspect of your global mobility experience?
For me, it’s a combination of the travel, living in different countries, meeting the local people, and learning their cultures.
What advice would you give to others considering a global mobility assignment?
I would advise to keep a very positive attitude. It can be difficult at times; the cultural differences and language problems can be very hard for some people. But it is all worth it in the end. The memories – pictures, stories and new friends – that one takes back are always of the good things that happened.
