The nominations for our 2020 Living Our Values Awards (LOVA) are now open!
The LOVA program is an excellent opportunity to recognize employees who go above and beyond in their day-to-day tasks and celebrate their successes. Over the next two months, employees have the opportunity to nominate a colleague that demonstrates Kinross’ core values every day.
Employees can be nominated for one of the following categories:
- Putting People First
- Outstanding Corporate Citizenship
- High Performance Culture
- Rigorous Financial Discipline
