Kinross Brasil recently launched their ‘Inclusion and Diversity (I&D)’ dialogue session in an effort to provide a space for employees to discuss and exchange experiences related to I&D.
The first chat kicked off last week and was hosted by Eduardo Magalhaes, HR, IT and Supplies Director, and Ana Cunha, Government Relations, Social Responsibility, Communications and Community Relations Director, who focused on concepts surrounding diversity, race, gender, disabilities and sexual orientation and connected with employees for an interactive discussion.
