Integration planning is in full swing as we prepare to welcome Bald Mountain into the Kinross group of operations. The acquisition first announced on November 12th, 2015 is expected to close mid-January and integrating logistical details from Human Resources to Finance, IT and Supply Chain management are well underway.
Members of the Kinross transition team met with their Bald Mountain counterparts early December, including Warwick Morley-Jepson, Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer, and Gina Jardine, Senior Vice-President, Human Resources.
“We’ve been working together to ensure a smooth transition so that it will be ‘business as usual,’” said Jeremy Brans, Vice-President, Operations Strategy and Bald Mountain Integration Head. “In the new year, we are looking forward to welcoming Bald Mountain into the Kinross family.”
