In January 2022, Kinross donated $100,000 to the Michael Garron Hospital – a Toronto-based hospital that Kinross has supported since 2016 – with the proceeds going towards the redevelopment of the Ken and Marilyn Thomson Patient Care Centre.
The redeveloped Centre will provide a space for members of the community to gain access to medical services in one convenient location, while providing cutting-edge technology spaces for the training of healthcare professionals.
