The Kinross Code of Business Conduct and Ethics has been re-worked into an employee guidebook so it is easier to understand by giving day-to-day examples on how the Code applies to all employees, and showing what it means to behave ethically and in accordance with our Code in different situations. It also provides clear instructions on how to file a report if you suspect a violation of the Code.
