We are excited to announce that nominations for the 2025 Living Our Values Awards (LOVA) are now open!
This year’s nomination period will run for eight weeks, concluding on Friday, March 21st. During this time, employees will have the opportunity to recognize their colleagues for being a champion of one of Kinross’ four core values either at work or in the community. Employees can nominate their peers for one of the following categories:
- Putting People First
- Outstanding Corporate Citizenship
- High Performance Culture
- Rigorous Financial Discipline

In 2024, we received a record number of nominations with over 5,700 nominations! In order to help your nominee stand out amongst these incredible nominees, we encourage employees to provide specific examples of how their colleague is making a difference by living our values each day.
For example: Do you know someone who is a strong champion for health and safety? Do they work and act responsibly with the highest ethical standards? Do they demonstrate a passion for doing a great job and going above and beyond their roles? Or have they found a new way to save the Company money or make work processes more efficient and cost-effective? If so, we want to know more!
LOVA winners will have the opportunity to travel to Toronto in October 2025 to meet fellow winners from across our global operations, explore the city of Toronto, and attend a reception where they will accept their awards from our CEO.
As a reminder, the deadline for 2025 LOVA nominations is Friday, March 21st.
