Kinross Alaska was proud to sponsor the 2025 Yukon Quest Dog Sled Race for the last decade.
The Yukon Quest is an annual dog sled race with participants traveling over 550 miles between Fairbanks and Tok Alaska and is considered the most difficult dog sled races in the world! This year, Kinross Fort Knox sponsored the starting line for the race, and Manh Choh the finish line. The Yukon Quest also serves as a qualifier for other races like the Iditarod sled dog race from Anchorage to Nome covering 1,000 miles of wild Alaskan scenery.
