Paracatu hosts local community for latest ‘Integrar’

On May 19th, Paracatu hosted the seventh annual “Integrar na Praça” (Integrar in the square), their popular arts, education and cultural festival.

About 5,000 community members attended the two-day festival, which was filled with cultural attractions, games, sports, and food that brought together employees and the community. There were activities for all ages from ‘face painting’ for children to live concerts.

“Our Integrar days are an opportunity for the community and employees at Paracatu to come together. We celebrate our culture, play games, enjoy music; there is something for everyone. We are proud to be able to create an environment where we can learn and have some fun,” said Flaviane Soares, Community Relations Analyst and Integrar Coordinator.
