Kinross is proud to stand among Canada’s top gold producers, who recently came together to donate six gold bars to the Toronto-based Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation – one of the top five cancer research centres in the world. The bars tipped the scales at 2,400 ounces, and are valued at more than $3.28 million. The nine participating companies included Barrick Gold, Agnico Eagle Mines, Goldcorp, Yamana Gold, New Gold, Iamgold, Primero Mining, and Silver Wheaton.
