Congratulations to our 2022 Living Our Values Awards (LOVA) winners!
This year, we are proud to announce we received 3,606 nominations across our global operations from employees nominating their colleagues for their commitment to one of our four core values: Putting People First, Outstanding Corporate Citizenship, High Performance Culture and Rigorous Financial Discipline.
As a result of recent changes to our global portfolio with the divestment of our Russia assets and pending divestment of Chirano, we have modified our approach to the LOVA program, with only two winners from each category who will receive either a gold or silver award.
Let’s meet our 2022 winners!
