Kinross Brazil is excited to announce the hiring of 23 female mobile equipment operators to date in 2023! This milestone was achieved after a job search for female mobile equipment operators in an effort to expand Kinross Brazil’s presence of women in mining, in particular through operations roles, and to provide training and development to further their skills in the industry.
