In October, Kinross hosted a mental health awareness fireside chat for employees with special guest speaker Christine Burych, founder of Starlingbrook Leadership , and Kathleen Grandy, Senior Vice-President, Global Human Resources, Jeremy Brans, Vice-President and General Manager, Ontario, and Caroline Wild, Director, Global Pension and Benefits.
The purpose of the chat was to promote awareness of mental health and its impact in the workplace, and to create a safe space for discussion about mental health strategies and what support is needed to improve mental health in our workplace.
