Kinross is excited to announce we have launched the fourth cohort of the ‘Women of Kinross’ program! The program aims to connect the women of Kinross from across our global operations and a variety of backgrounds and disciplines through shared experiences and mentorship.
This year 30 women have joined the program, and will meet bi-weekly over the course of the year to build upon their networks and gain new experiences from across our operations and diverse functions of the mining industry.
