This spring Tina VonLinsowe, Recruiter, Round Mountain and Bon Davidson, Warehouse Supervisor, Round Mountain, have traveled to career fairs at the Silver Springs High School, University of Nevada in Reno, and Idaho State University, to interview prospective employees, promote the mining industry and to recruit the next generation of miners!
