This summer, Kinross Russia successfully completed the installation of a cellular tower at Chulbatkan.
The installation will provide stronger telecommunications connection at Kherpuchi, Oglongi and Udinsk villages, which previously relied on a local base station operating at higher-than-intended capacity.
