On January 26, Kinross’ Toronto office partnered with CCDI Consulting to host a ‘Mental Health at Work’ session with employees across our North American operations in honour of #BellLetsTalk day!
The session was an opportunity to bring together our employees to discuss mental health and ways to have conversations about mental health in the workplace.
“This session was a great opportunity to open up the conversation about mental health and help employees understand best practices and the resources available to them,” said Kathleen Grandy, Vice-President, Global Human Resources. “As an organization, it is important to recognize that mental health is health and by being able to have an open conversation, we can help end the stigma.”
