Neil Jensen, Vice-President & General Manager, Kinross Nevada, recently spoke at the Jobs for Nevada Graduates (J4NG) conference in Nevada. Neil spoke about Kinross’ partnership with J4NG and shared the success stories of many graduates of the program and the opportunities available to those who are part of the program.
The J4NG program is one of the top-ranked programs in the nation and seeks to inspire, support and mentor students to createa powerful, positive future. Since 2017, Round Mountain and J4NG have worked together to create opportunities for youth in Nevada and to help them connect through successful pathways. Over the past five years, the partnership has delivered positive outcomes and a 100% graduation rate!
