Kinross Brasil recently launched a Paracatu heritage education program to teach youth about the rich heritage of the community, and deepen their understanding of their ancestors and the history of Paracatu.
“Paracatu is a very historic city with deep roots that have made the place we call home what it is today,” said Ana Cunha, Director of Government Relations and Social Responsibility, Paracatu. “We feel it is important to share that history with youth to increase their appreciation and pride in their culture.”
