See how a Bald Mountain employee is sewing to support the community during the pandemic

Jennifer Morreale, Accountant, Bald Mountain, started a “Covid 19 Mask Makers” group on Facebook that has grown to over 200 seamstresses to sew CDC-compliant facemasks made of cotton and flannel. The idea was born after seeing a notice from the Deaconess Hospital showing how simple the masks are to make and the benefits they have to the community.

The masks will be delivered to health care providers, immuno-compromised individuals and first responders in the community. Captured above, the masks prior to distribution.
