Kinross Tasiast has implemented a screening process for employees travelling to Tasiast, Nouakchott and Nouadhibou to ensure they are clear of COVID-19. The process begins with a survey conducted by the health and safety team, followed by a COVID-19 rapid test administered by Isos health workers that takes approximately 30 minutes to deliver results. Once the results are in, employees with negative tests can board buses, with a reduced capacity in accordance with COVID-19 restrictions, to their destination.
