As part of our commitment to creating jobs and economic opportunities in the communities where we operate, the Round Mountain team partnered with Nevada Partners, Nevada Careers and the Nevada Mining Association to host ‘Mining for Talent Las Vegas’ – a hiring seminar targeting job seekers from underserved communities.
The seminar brought in new, diverse talent who joined Round Mountain in 2021.
