Employees from the Toronto office had the unique experience of sharing their workday with their children as part of the ‘Take Our Kids to Work’ initiative – an annual career exploration day for grade nine students to experience a day in the life of a working professional!
Students spent the first half of the day learning about the mining industry and various departments within the Company. The second half of their day was spent job shadowing their parent or relative in their day-to-day tasks.
