In May 2024, we announced Kinross’ new Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) and Operational Learning Teams (OLT) training program. This program is designed to optimize individual and collective performance within our organization by empowering employees on the ground with skills to identify and mitigate risks, enhance decision-making, and foster a culture of accountability.
In previous weeks, we saw the program’s impact on Kinross’ West Africa and South America teams. This week, we travel north to hear from our teams in Nevada and Alaska about the HOP and OLT program roll-out.
