At the beginning of October, winners from Kinross’ Living Our Values Awards (LOVA) program visited Toronto to celebrate their accomplishments.
Eleven LOVA winners and their guests from our 2020, 2021 and 2022 cohorts had the opportunity to get to know one another while exploring the city.
During their time in Toronto, winners visited the world-renowned CN tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM), Niagara Falls and had a tour of our corporate headquarters.
The week included a reception where Paul Rollinson, President and CEO, presented the winners with their awards during a ceremony attended by our Toronto office employees and global General Managers.
“The LOVA program recognizes employees who consistently deliver exceptional results, identify opportunities for safety, efficiency and improvement, and contribute to our overall success,” said Paul. “All of our winners have done outstanding work in living these values, and have inspiring stories that have made significant contributions to our Company.”
