Kinross Maricunga reaches five million hours without a lost-time injury

In late August, Kinross Maricunga reached five million hours worked without a lost-time injury – a testament to our people’s commitment to working in a safe and responsible manner!

“Congratulations to our Maricunga employees on achieving this impressive milestone that reinforces our commitment to safety standards and demonstrates our employees dedication to implementing them in their day-to-day tasks,” said Luis Henríquez Soto, Superintendent, Health and Safety, Maricunga. “Our goal is to ensure all employees make it home safely after each shift, and this milestone demonstrates we continue to move in the right direct – keep up the good work team!”
