Kinross Paracatu’s Crushing & Plant team recently achieved a major safety milestone – two thousand days without a Lost Time Injury (LTI). “This safety achievement is a reflection of the teams and employees on site at the process plant. Our top priority is to maintain a strong safety environment, ensuring everyone returns home safely,” says Gilberto Carlos Azevedo (General Manager, Paracatu). “Being injury-free for nearly five and half years is a major accomplishment, and was possible thanks to the incredibly focused team we have at Paracatu.”
