Advice to fellow Gen Gold: Make the most of your experience

As a graduate, what advice would you give to those currently in the Gen Gold program?

Personally, the key takeaway from the program was being outside my comfort zone. I found it challenging to be placed in new situations, but it helped me grow both professionally and personally. It pushed me to be more flexible and adaptable.

To others currently in the program, my advice would be to make the most of your experience – embrace the changes that come with not knowing your new situation and surroundings.
