Alla joined Kinross in 2013 and has become an essential member of the underground team. Alla is responsible for tag-in/tag-out control, miner’s lamps services and lone worker tracking system. In her role, Alla contributes to the overall safety of the Underground employees.
Kupol has become a second home to Alla, who comes from the neighbouring community of Ilirney. As an outgoing, friendly member of the team, Alla is always available to assist and provide support to her team members.
