Nominations for the 2019 Living Our Values Awards (LOVA) are now open!
Now in its 11th year, the LOVA program has become a strong tradition across Kinross. LOVA allows us to recognize and celebrate our colleagues and helps sets us apart as a company. It defines our values and marks the very best of our culture.
Over the next two months, you will have the opportunity to nominate a deserving colleague that represents Kinross’ values every day.
Employees can be nominated for one of the following four categories:
- Putting People First
- Outstanding Corporate Citizenship
- High Performance Culture
- Rigorous Financial Discipline

What are we looking for in a nomination? Show us specific examples of how your nominee has made an impact at Kinross, either at work or in the community.
For example, has a colleague excelled at a project recently? Do they go above and beyond for their colleagues? Have they found efficiencies to save cost or time or implemented new safety measures for the Company? Are they involved in the community?
The deadline for nominations is May 2, 2019!
