Any advice for those considering a global mobility assignment?

Being an expat isn’t for everyone. It’s a different lifestyle. If you are genuinely interested in learning about new cultures, working in different countries, willing to train and coach, and are patient and persistent, then I would say go for it.

There are many rewarding aspects to global mobility. Personally, meeting people from around the world, being exposed to new cultures and languages are some of the great benefits.
