Sustainability Highlight: See how Kinross is advancing our DE&I strategy

Advancing the opportunities and careers of women at Kinross is a core focus of our DEI strategy. We are focused on advancing women at both corporate and site-level through leadership and skills development.

In 2022, we achieved the highest percentage of women employees in the past five years, and reported highest percentage of women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) roles at 15%.
