This October, Kinross welcomed 12 winners from the Living Our Values Awards (LOVA) program to Toronto to celebrate their accomplishments, and to get to know their fellow winners with representatives from the 2021, 2022 and 2023 cohorts also joining the celebrations.
Over the course of five days, winners participated in a series of events, activities and site-seeing excursions including the world-renowned CN Tower, Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ripley’s Aquarium, and experienced local Toronto neighbourhoods such as Kensington Market and the Distillery Historic District. The group also visited our corporate headquarters where a ‘Meet & Greet’ was held with all winners and Toronto office employees.
The week concluded with a gala to showcase our winners’ stories and accomplishments and Paul Rollinson, President & CEO, presented their awards. The gala was attended by site leadership from across our global operations and our Toronto office.
